YADA has set up a technology research and development center, with a technical design team of more than 100 people, and establish an industry-university-research mechanism in cooperation with shipbuilding institutes,aerospace institutes, Zhejiang University, Jiangsu University of Science and Technology and other universities and research institutes. The R&D center insists on taking science and technology as the guide, providing technical support for the survival and development of enterprises and industries,leading the upgrading of Marine engineering equipment manufacturing technology, and creating a first-class enterprise technology center integrating product research and development, personnel training and technical exchange in the province. Digital 4.0 <br>Construction

Objective: Focus on the implementation of the digitalization, lean, value and intelligence of the enterprise, improve the level of decision-making management, strengthen collaborative operations, provide good support for business strategy, drive andlead business innovation, help YADA cover the whole product chain of high-quality development,and ultimately achieve sustainable development.

Process: By the end of 2026, YADA will gradually promote the construction and application of the digitalization of YADA system from 2.0 to 4.0, from the application of manufacturing management system to the promotion of production planning management system and digital factory construction, and finally create an intelligent decision-making platform.

    Management system standards

The testing center covers an area of more than 600 square meters, and has precision instruments and equipment such as desktop direct reading spectrum analyzer imported from the United States, ferrite tester imported from Germany, electronic universal testing machine imported from Japan,metallographic microscope imported from Japan, automatic low temperature impact testing machine, Rockwell hardness tester, high precision Leer hardness tester, passivated film detector imported from the Netherlands. It can carry out a series of projects such as chemical composition testing, mechanical property testing and physical property inspection of steel products.At the same time, the laboratory quality management system has been established according to ISO/IEC 17025 standards, and the management level and testing ability have reached the international leading level.
